Rewards: Grave Warden's Ashes, Large Titanite Shard.Just before this corridor is an archway that hides another stairs up to the upper levels, where a single skeleton patrols. There's stairs going up on the right, and at the far end - a corridor leading into some natural caves. From the main Bonfire, head down the stairs the Skeleton Boulder is going up and down, and look along the length of this lower level. Rewards: Carthus Pyromancy Tome, Sharp Gem, Soul of a Nameless SoldierĪnother secret wall is also a shortcut, that can let you ambush a patrolling Carthus Skeleton on an upper level.Strike the wall at the end to reveal the secret, where a red-eyed Carthus Skeleton guards an item, and another corridor leads out towards the large stairway. Inside is a corridor leading to a ladder connecting above, and a seemingly dead end on the right. To find it, head across the first bridge in the catacombs, and hop down to the left onto a platform below. While this wall in the Catacombs of Carthus hides more of a shortcut than an actual secret - as the items on either side can be found via alternate paths - the corridors leading to them are oft missed if you don't look carefully. Heading right around the balcony, go up some stairs and look for a sealed archway - and strike it to reveal a path inside to a corpse on a ledge. After heading down from the Keep Ruins Bonfire, look for a large column that's part of the great bridge above, and climb the long ladder up to a balcony wrapping around the column, with the Old Wolf of Farron inside. The first illusory wall you're likely to encounter in the game is found in Farron Keep - located in the same area where the Watchdogs of Farron Covenant is found.
